Ely City-Wide Garage Sales
Saturday, May 3 8 AM - 3 PM
The Friends of the Ely Public Library will sponsor the citywide garage sale and book sale. Publicity will be provided in road signs, newsletters and through Facebook posts/advertisements. You can download maps from our website (www.ely.lib.ia.us) beginning May 2nd. The maps will show shoppers the various registered sale sites in town and some highlights of what each has to offer. Please join us in this community effort!
We ask that your sale be open from 8 am to 3 pm on Saturday, May 3. You may extend your hours beyond these advertised hours if you wish.
Please fill in the registration form below and return it by 7pm on Wednesday April 30th.
NEW this year – pay either the $5 fee OR complete a short survey and there will be no charge! Ask at the circulation desk for more information!

Our phone is 848-7616 and library hours are: Monday - Thursday 9 am – 7 pm; Friday 9 am - 5 pm; Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
Examples of items will be helpful for the maps. Limit your list to 8 items. We will edit any lists longer than this. The map/listings will be available May 2nd on our website at www.ely.lib.ia.us. A few paper copies will also be available at the library and Casey’s on May 2nd.
